Hi all! I decided to put together a quiz where I post photos of some of my favorite movies and TV shows. The first block is easy, and the second block is harder. Give your best guesses (you can guess on some and not others, just number them) in the comments and I’ll tell you how many you got right (but I won’t tell you which ones so I don’t spoil the game for other players.)
A collection of some of the most memorable scenes in movies of various genres. Some of these are funny, some are disturbing, but all of them will stick with you (whether you want them to or not.) I will probably be making a sequel to this list, feel free to give me suggestions on scenes I should include. 🙂
For me, it’s really hard for me to find good movies that have characters on the Autism Spectrum, particularly Asperger’s Syndrome. They all seem to be pretty didactic, and they don’t let their characters breathe at all under the constraints of ‘this character has Autism, I need to make them act as Autistic as possible.’ So I decided to make a list of five movies featuring characters on the Autism spectrum (or who I perceive to have strongly ASD traits) that I think are actually worth watching, from the perspective of a woman who’s been diagnosed with Asperger’s.–

Either movies I can watch again and again and not get tired off or ones that stayed with me for a long time after I watched them. I didn’t add descriptions because then it would be a chore to write and to read. This list is partially for me to look back on, but I’d still love to get feedback.
